With the mission of strategically aligning and connecting people, organizations, technology, ideas, and information to improve healthcare, Velatura Public Benefit Corporation is bringing a new model of health data exchange to the marketplace.

The organization is comprised of a number of different subsidiaries, all working in concert to advance the quality of care and reduce costs by providing HIT and HIE consulting, development, implementation, and operations services in states across the United States.

In this second podcast interview with the Velatura team, we discuss how all of its subsidiaries collaborate, the barriers of health data exchange they collectively break down, its overall contribution to state, regional, and national interoperability, as well as the organization’s future vision.
