Thank you for providing the account, payment and user information. Before your accounts can be provisioned, you will need a digital certificate for encrypting and signing your secure Direct messages. To get this certificate, an accountable person in your organization must be ID proofed before the certificate can be issued to your organization.
To request the certificate, and get ID proofing instructions via email, please fill out the online certificate request form.
On the form, note these entries:
- Vendor field: type "RosettaHealth",
- Requested Subdomain field: enter an alphanumeric value that identifies your organization. For example, "BayAreaPediatrics16". Do not enter spaces, periods or other special characters in this field. This will be part of your Direct address (e.g. "[email protected]BayAreaPediatrics16.direct.hispdirect.com").
