The RosettaHealth blog team recently sat down with Dima to gain her perspective on her background, why she chose to join RosettaHealth, future trends on health IT, as well as her passion for farming gourmet mushrooms.

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your background and your new role at RosettaHealth.

Dima: I joined RosettaHealth with a strong background in selling data solutions that make information accessible, understandable, and beneficial to all.

This foundation was honed during my time at notable companies like AWS, Tableau, and Informatica, where I came to deeply appreciate the transformative potential of data. I witnessed its impact not only on strategic business decisions but also on driving meaningful progress in healthcare.

My family played a significant role in steering me towards the healthcare sector. For instance, my brother, currently training to be a cardiologist, and my father, a pharmacist, have greatly influenced my understanding of the field. Our daily conversations about healthcare challenges and opportunities emphasized the urgent need for improved technology in this domain.

Now, at RosettaHealth, I'm excited to leverage this knowledge and passion to further the company's mission. RosettaHealth provides an environment where I can authentically advocate for products that are aligned with my values.

I have long admired their work and business ethics, each boasting decades of experience in the field.

Dima: My primary focus is on the successful launch and nationwide distribution of the GetPatientRecords solution to SMB customers. This innovative approach directly tackles the significant challenges associated with accessing medical records.

By eliminating weeks of tedious communication with medical records departments and streamlining the process of navigating multiple EHR systems to locate patient information, our strategy simplifies the process to just two key data points: the patient's identity and the general area they received healthcare.

In essence, GetPatientRecords offers simple access electronic medical records anywhere in the nation through a very simple integration – removing the need for EHRs or heavy HIT systems.

This patient-centric approach not only fosters scalability for health-tech companies but also enhances their products by providing essential data and records. Consequently, it positively impacts the lives of various stakeholders, including providers, staff physicians, and payers, by optimizing operations and streamlining workflows.

Q: Please tell us about the market need for GetPatientRecords.

Dima: The market demand for GetPatientRecords is substantial and continuously growing. As healthcare providers and organizations increasingly prioritize efficiency and enhanced patient outcomes, the need for seamless, rapid access to medical records has reached unprecedented levels.

Q: On a personal note, what are your hobbies and interests outside of work?

Outside of work, my family and I are deeply passionate about our gourmet mushroom farm in Richmond, VA. We specialize in cultivating and selling a variety of mushrooms, including Oyster and Lion's Mane. This venture not only fulfills my interest in agriculture but also enables me to actively engage with my community through local farmers' markets.

Moreover, I harbor a profound love for cooking, with baking being a secret passion of mine. This blend of interests allows me to maintain a balanced connection with both my community and my personal well-being.
